               Epilogue

Fun fact: the first protection check
(on track 2) freezes on boot if it
fails. But this is really a decoy. The
second protection check is on track 5,
and if it fails, the game will appear
to start but you will soon fall into a
locked dungeon with no escape. After a
few fruitless moves, the game will
eventually say "There appears to have
been a problem with the disk."

There is also an anti-tamper check on
track 4 which is run on every single
turn to ensure that the protection code
on track 5 is intact. Failing the anti-
tamper check will also plunge you into
the locked dungeon instead of the
subterranean crypt.
